Crystal manages all areas of the administrative needs of Haught Financial Group, Inc.'s small group clients from fifteen to fifty employees. Crystal is dedicated to each of her clients and their specific needs and she has the determination it takes to see challenges through until there is a resolution.

After transitioning into the insurance industry in 2006, Crystal made the decision to join HFG in late 2007. However, her relationship with HFG orginally began in 2002 when she selected HFG as the benefits broker for the company she worked for at the time. During the years to follow Crystal worked closly with HFG and when the opportunity opened up for her to join HFG she was thrilled to be part of the team.
