Jenn's straight forward approach to managing your employee benefit plans was crafted through seven years of working side by side with employers of all sizes and industries in the day to day administration of their employee benefit plans. Jenn is involved with all aspects of her client's benefit plans from the initial enrollment to claims billing, and the renewal process.

In 1999, Jenn joined Haught Financial Group as an Account Administrator where she excelled and was quickly promoted to Account Manager. Jenn was promoted again and is now an Account Executive, managing the employee benefit plans of large groups of fifty employees and more.

To expand her knowledge and resources for her clients, Jenn earned the designation of Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute.

Jenn holds a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida.
