Phil and Tracy Haught are partners in all aspects of their lives. Not only are they business partners, but life partners as well. In 2001 Phil donated a kidney to Tracy and is a strong supporter of organ sharing and donation. Phil and Tracy are married with five children and one grandchild.

Phil is a member of the "MUGS" group at Mandarin Presbyterian Church. The MUGS (Men Under Gods Service) is a group of men who spend their Saturdays helping members of the church and the Mandarin community with all kinds of handyman needs.
