In 1977, Tracy began her career working with Southern Guaranty Insurance Company in Montgomery, Alabama. Her expertise in working with clients, from an agency prospective started in 1978 where she worked with commercial clients specializing in National Flood Insurance through the Knight Berman Insurance Agency in Montgomery, Alabama.

In 1982 Tracy relocated to Jacksonville, Florida and began her career with Haught Financial Group, Inc. and today is focused on employee benefits, insurance, agency management, due diligence and legislative compliance.

Tracy brings to the table twenty-two years of experience in the industry working both from the perspective of the insurance carrier and the agency. Her constant mission has and continues to be, to provide her clients with more than they ask or expect. Integrity and dedication are paramount when it comes to her clients and their best interest.

	Tracy believes you must have balance in your life in order to be the best you can in business. Outside of HFG, Tracy is devoted to her husband and family of five children and her first grandchild. Tracy is also an amateur photographer with a goal of photographing all fifty-seven national parks. Tracy is also a committed member of Mandarin Presbyterian Church where she delivered Meals On Wheels for over five years and is now a member of the HUGS group. The HUGS are a group of women who are available to help someone to do anything from driving them to the doctor, preparing meals during a time of illness or crisis to even helping pack or unpack from a move.
